Introducing the Ease fumed glass bubbler dome from the talented glass blower, Ease.

This amazing glass bubbler stands at a 45 degree angle and has undergone a fuming process, leaving a slight multi-toned tinge on the glass.

The bubbler itself is composed of a number of key sections, namely the main chamber, the dome style bowl and the horned neckline in addition to a number of other decorative features.

The fumed main chamber is bulbous in nature and houses the ground joint which supports the bowl of the bubbler. This main chamber is also graced with a range of decorative glass millefiori which add great character to the bubbler.

From this main chamber extends the glass mouthpiece which has been heavily worked. The detail involved becomes evident upon the inspection of the glass horns which protrude from the neck of the bubbler as well as the hand pulled design around the mouthpiece.

Another phenomenal and functional piece of art glass by Ease.

Ease makes wonderfully fumed ornate pieces that are characterised their unique colour changing skin. True appreciation of this piece comes when holding and moving it around to see the coloured glass at work. This Ease Fumed Glass Dry Pipe is a truly remarkable piece of glass art as our EDiTor’s Piece of the Day.

Ease has created this beautifully worked colour changing fumed glass dry pipe to perfection. This ornate piece sparkles upon the eye with its subtle changes of colour covering a vast array of rainbow like forms depending on what angle it is viewed due to the fuming process on the glass.

The Dry pipe contains the usual horned neckline that Ease glass pieces tend to have. The pipe is composed mainly of two large horns. The first chamber houses the bowl and is very deep due to the large horn. There is a red glass carb hole on the left side of the pipe. Also at the front of the first chamber in the centre there is a small patterned marble.

Moving onto the second horned chamber, there is a more fumed work giving incredible light to this piece. At the top of this second horn, there is a heavily worked bulbous mouthpiece that resembles a rainbow honeycomb pattern.

One of the most gorgeous parts of this piece is the large spiral marble with lens that connects both the horned chambers to finish off another masterpiece created by Ease.

Ease makes beautifully constructed pieces of glass art for the aficionados out there. Introducing the Ease Fumed Sherlock with Dichro Marble. This hand pulled Sherlock pipe features a heavily worked mouthpiece with a vibrantly coloured switchback design that contains shades of blue, yellow, red and black. The colour contrast on this design just pops right out and catches the eye! It really gives this piece some aesthetic weight. There is also a similar switchback design at the neck of the pipe just below the bowl.

The striking milli designs are used to emphasize the colour contrast in the different borosilicate glass and it merges wonderfully from the deep greens to the vibrant blues.

This piece of art glass has an enormous decorative milli that allows the Sherlock pipe to stand freely and support itself. The pipe is a beautiful piece of art from Ease glass and a very appropriate EDiTor’s Piece of the Day.
