Or 50g leaves Cooking with cannabis: Cannabutter and Cannaflour
500g of ButterCooking with cannabis: Cannabutter and Cannaflour

Melt the butter slowly in a pan, grind the cannabis in to a fine powder and add to the melted butter stirring well. Keep it on a low heat for about 30 minutes without letting it burn, stirring well. Then pour through a fine strainer squeezing all the butter into a jug. Pour the butter into jars and seal tightly. You can store these in the fridge ready for use. If you pour a little water over the hardened butter it will keep longer.
Cannabutter can be substituted for normal butter in nearly any recipe.

Mix plain flour with powdered hash, bud or leaves, to have an easy and quick way to cook with cannabis. The leaves and bud need to be crispy when crumbled in your fingers. The bud and leaves can be grinded in to a fine powder, and the hash can be grated or crushed in a pestle and mortar. Sieve the flour and cannabis into a bowl removing any stalks and lumps. It can then be stored in an airtight container in the fridge. Cannaflour can be added in to any recipe as a substitute for plain flour.
