Space Case Grinder/Sifter

The Grinder/Sifter is one step further than the standard Space Case grinder; it has an added kitchen grade micron mesh screen, embedded into a polished aluminium case. Machined from solid aerospace quality aluminium in the USA, they will last a lifetime.

There are three compartments to The Grinder/Sifter:

Space Case Crystal Catcher

Top Compartment - This features specially-designed milled out pins, you simply place your spice or herb in, close the lid and turn. The shredded herb or spice falls through to the middle compartment. The lid has a magnet pin in the middle of the top lid, which will keep the lid firmly closed.

Middle Compartment - Your coarsely shredded spice or herb is filled in this airtight compartment on the embedded mesh. Never press or rub the spice into the screen too hard, as it could break or very tiny bits of ungrounded spice could go through to the bottom.

Bottom Compartment Ð Finely ground spice will fall through to this compartment. Return the coarsely shredded herb or spice to the first compartment and repeat the process until the required quantity is achieved. Use the enclosed Space Case scraper to quickly and easily remove the ground spice.

The Space Case Grinder/Sifter comes in three sizes:

• Large - H 6.5cm, W 8.5cm - Holds approx 10 grams of shredded herb or spice
• Small - H 4.7cm, W 6cm - Holds approx 5 grams of shredded herb or spice
• Mini - H 4cm, W 5cm - Holds approx 3 grams of shredded herb or spice
